Navkiran Netralaya, Multi-Speciality Eye Hospital was established at HBR Layout, Bangalore in Feb 2018 by Dr. K. Palaniswamy, Glaucoma & Cataract Surgeon and his wife Dr.Pallovee C Palaniswamy, Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, Cataract and Medical Retina to provide high quality eye care services to all strata of the society. 

Accessibility – The eye hospital is  at a prime location , directly opposite to the BDA complex in HBR layout, and around 5 minutes drive away from outer ring road. It can easily be accessed via private or public transport. Closest bus stop is at HBR Layout. It is 7 kms away from the railway station, nearest metro station is at Baiyappanahalli and airport is 35 kilometers away.
