I had a very good experience today at the clinic. Dr.PalaniSwamy is awesome. Soft spoken, puts you in ease and explains things in a simple language which everyone can understand. The lady at front office is also very polite attends to everyone with care. She also explained me why she is suggesting this power for my glasses. Overall a good experience.

Found this place by chance when I was looking for a decent eye doctor who's not out to prescribe expensive glasses at the drop of a hat. Got wonderful service from the get go with Chetana, the super energetic and competent wonder girl to Dr. Palaniswamy, a glaucoma expert with the patience of a saint. Would highly recommend Navkiran Netralaya as a clinic of choice to anyone with vision problems.

On the suggestion of a friend visited Navkiran Netralaya for severe eye pain, swelling & watery eyes which was nagging me for more 3 months. I had visited 2 other opthalmologists but the relief was temporary.Dr Palaniswamy who treated is very good and his diagnosis excellent. Visited the Glaucoma Department in Navkiran Netralaya today. Found the staff to be extremely helpful and supportive. They ensured every test was carried out correctly and repeated where they felt it was needed without hesitation. The patience shown through the complex tests was commendable.

Extremely clean hospital. Dr Palaniswamy is an experienced hand and combines theory with practical advice. I particularly liked the attention to detail and the time invested by the doctor during consultation notwithstanding the queue of people waiting (my visit was pre COVID).

The staff is very organized and keeps up with the covid procedures.
