Job Summary:

Support Services Staff play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a healthcare facility. They provide non-medical assistance, such as housekeeping, patient transport, security, and general maintenance, to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Housekeeping & Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness in hospital wards, OPD, and other areas.
✅ Patient Transport: Assist in moving patients within the hospital (e.g., to diagnostic rooms, OT, or wards).
✅ Security & Safety: Ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and staff by monitoring hospital premises.
✅ Equipment & Supply Management: Restock medical and non-medical supplies as required.
✅ Waste Management: Follow proper disposal procedures for medical and non-medical waste.
✅ Emergency Support: Assist during emergency evacuations or disaster management situations.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

📌 Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
📌 Key Skills: Physical stamina, attention to detail, discipline, ability to follow safety protocols.
📌 Experience: 0-2 years in hospital support services (preferred).
